Im trying to install OPNFV Brahmaputra (BM).when I run the script, Installation failed with the following messages:

TASK: [cobbler | restart dhcpd] *************** failed: [compass_nodocker] => {"failed": true} msg: Job for dhcpd.service failed because the control process exited with error code. See "syemctl status dhcpd.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.

FATAL: all hosts have already failed -- aborting

PLAY RECAP ********************** to retry, use: --limit @/root/compass_nodocker.retry

compass_nodocker : ok=39 changed=35 unreachable=0 failed=1

  • exit_status=2
  • rm /home/v435621/compass4nfv/work/deploy/vm/compass/inventory.file
  • [[ 2 != 0 ]]
  • /bin/false
  • log_error 'install compass core failed'
  • echo -e 'install compass core failed' install compass core failed
  • exit 1

Can any one help me on this note?

"syemctl status dhcpd.service" and "journalctl -xe" does not work as jumphost is ubuntu.

Jumphost is Ubuntu. Compass is Centos. You may SSH to Compass from jumphost. Use ssh root@192.168.200.2 , pw: root from Jumphost. So,"syemctl status dhcpd.service" and "journalctl -xe" can be executed.

Note: wait for 10min to bring DHCP up in compass.

Thanks
