Unable to start OpenStack

Following was the error popped in when i tried starting OpenStack (i even tried starting OpenStack by first running ODL still encountered the same error)

Hello.

Can you please provide some basic information on your setup?

What are you installing (Version, Installer type, etc) - i see above vagrant being used, so im not sure - are you installing a full OPNFV release?

Can you maybe give more information on the statement "I even tried starting openstack by running ODL first)? Im not sure i understand, since ODL runs in Karaf and has nothing to do with openstack services.

When you say " starting openstack" - what do you mean? When starting a nova instance, or when trying to boot the controller or?

From above it looks like you are running devstack - if that is the case, i think you want to go to the openstack forums, since this forum is for OPNFV based installations.
