Hi,

We have installed Arno OPENFV through mirantis Fuel Server. OpenStack is successfully deployed but unable to install ODL.

We had followed steps from follwing document.

http://artifacts.opnfv.org/arno.2015....

As written step 39 we had started stage_odl.sh and script had run successfully. But ODL dashboard is not started. Please help us in solving the problem.

Hi, please ask this question on the users support list, it sees more traffic currently -> opnfv-users@lists.opnfv.org How are you trying to access the dashboard?

http://{ODL-CONTROLLER-IP}:8181/dlux/index.html

what port forwarding or tunneling did you use?

Hey there.

the stageodl.sh and configodl_net.sh scripts are setup for a very specific hardware setup and were meant to be as an example - since it would have been more work to right something to capture every possible HW configuration.

I would imagine one or a couple things are happening.

1st - for the ODL Docker to work, the node you run the container on (the controller) needs to have a route out to the internet (since the ODL in this form pulls some modules on startup). Thus check that your nslookup on your controller and you route out to the net are working.

If you can send us a netstat -na from the controller you are running on (with the ODL up and running) as well as:

ps -efa | grep -i docker

/opt/opnfv/docker -s

I can help ya out. D
