Which hypervisor type should I choose among KVM, QEMU, etc? Fuel is installed on virtual box. Controllers and compute nodes will be on hardware.
KVM, QEMU are both functional parts of the standard Linux hypervisor (included in the kernel)
KVM arbitrates access to the CPU and memory, and QEMU emulates the hardware resources (hard disk, video, USB, etc.).
So your choice would be KVM/QEMU - or vSphere / XEN
I would recommend KVM/QEMU as i believe the Nova driver comes pre-configured to use KVM (someone can correct me if wrong here).
