Error while installing Colorado (Fuel) from usb

I've built the iso image and created a bootable usb via UltraISO, When booting it I get as far as the fuel install window and choose "Fuel Install (Static IP)" it then starts but spits out this error:

dracut-initqueue[555]: Warning: failed to fetch kickstart from cdrom:LABEL=OPNFV_FUEL_2016-09-21_19-58-55:/ks.cfg

I'm not sure what the issue is but it looks like it could be the fact kickstart is trying to reference a cdrom when its a usb, but not sure if this is right or how to correct it.

Has anybody come across this issue or know any possible solution?

Managed to solve this for anybody with the same issue,

This works for booting but the fuelmenu doesn't apear and instead auto installs with incorrect settings

When at the fuel Install page use TAB to edit the parameters as follows:

replace both instances of

sdc1 depends on the location of the usb you can use blkid /dev/sdc1 to check if its the usb

This works for me. For me, they should be: inst.repo=hd:sdc1:/ inst.ks=hd:sdc1:/ks.cfg with sdc1 depends on the location of the usb. I still can't understand why they removed the USB installation option.
